Terms of Use

The rules for using the Forum website, member account, EziBiz and iReport.

Last updated 28 September 2026

1.Using the Forum online

By creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the member services. Anyone may browse the public pages as a guest.

2.Membership

  • Membership is open to women aged 18 and over who trade in a market in Cross River State.
  • Every application is checked by your chapter before an account is opened.
  • Each person may hold one account, linked to one IDID number.
  • Membership is free. No one may charge you to apply, to be verified or to receive a grant.

3.Your account

Keep your sign-in PIN and codes private. The Forum will never ask for them by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

4.Buying and selling on EziBiz

  • Only verified members can open a shop. Sellers must describe goods honestly and show the real price.
  • The sale is between the buyer and the seller. The Forum helps settle disputes but is not the seller.
  • Report a problem with fresh produce within 48 hours of delivery so it can be replaced or refunded.
  • Prohibited items, counterfeit goods and anything unsafe to eat will be removed.

5.Using iReport

iReport is for real problems in your market. Reports must be honest and must not target a person unfairly. You may report without your name. iReport is not an emergency service: in an emergency call 112.

6.What you share

You own the stories, pictures and videos you send to the Forum. By sending them you allow the Forum to publish them in its media, with credit to you, unless you ask us not to. Do not share pictures of other people without their permission.

7.Conduct

Do not use the Forum to deceive members, to collect their details, to sell anything in the Forum name without approval, or to insult or threaten anyone. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after giving the member a chance to respond.

8.Grants and opportunities

Programme owners decide who qualifies for their grants, loans and training. The Forum shares these opportunities in good faith but cannot promise that any application will succeed.

9.Our responsibility

We work to keep the service running and accurate. We are not responsible for losses caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as network outages or the actions of third parties.

10.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes that cannot be settled through your chapter will be heard by the courts of Cross River State.
